The guitar technician for the Michelle Shocked tour is JohnDeFoore, a Texas singer-songwriter with blue-bonnet eyes and a walrusmustache. University on the campus of the University of Chicago (702-7300).Austin, Texas-based funseekers Poi Dog Pondering and Englishsinger-songwriter John Wesley Harding will open both shows.
